Description

SR-15099 (5,6-dichloro Desmethylbrorphine, SR 2.0, SR-15) is a powerful opioid analgesic, an agonist of the μ-opioid receptor, an analog of SR-17018 and brorphine.
This drug was first described by Laura M. Bohn and her colleagues in 2017. SR-15099 is a designer drug designed for chemical research and tests to determine analgesic and other pharmacological properties and is not intended for humans.

Chemistry

SR-15099 is derived from SR-17018 and brorphine and has a related structure, with the difference that the chlorine atom on the benzyl ring is replaced by a bromine atom.
