Despite the fact that dozens of different drugs were banned, in fact, we are talking about only three groups of narcotic substances.
There is nothing surprising in such a variety, given that the so-called “designer drugs” in the vast majority of cases are created in order to circumvent the prohibition of a particular substance in them. Minimal changes are made during development, which make it possible to preserve (and in some cases enhance) the effect, but legally this is a different substance that the ban will not apply to.
The new ban should close this loophole, he should once again remind consumers that “designer” drugs are dangerous, despite the beautiful names and assurances that “this is a different substance.”
